Corporate Meetings and Incentive Tour Hosting Support

  • Support Overview
    • Eligible Applicants
      • Corporate Meetings : Groups hosting corporate meetings that include at least 4 hours of meeting time as stated in the itinerary
      • Incentive Tours : Groups traveling for reward or incentive purposes (expenses covered by the company)
        ※ Required stay duration for both corporate meetings and incentive tours: 3 days or more
    • Support Details : Venue rental fees, reception and banquet expenses, vehicle rental fees, souvenir costs, and welcome event expenses

  • Support Procedures
    • STEP 01 Application for Support
    • STEP 02 Internal Review and
      Support Decision
      • Notification by email or official letter within 2 weeks
    • STEP 03 Event Held
    • STEP 04 Submission of Final Report
      (Host Organization → JTO)
      • Within 1 month after event completion
    • STEP 05 Disbursement of Support Funds
      • Jeju Tourism Organization will execute payment directly after reviewing the final report (takes approximately 3-4 weeks)
    • ① Application for Support
      • Application Period : Accepted year-round (applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event)
      • Required Documents
        • One official letter requesting support (free format)
        • One support application form (Form 1)
        • One event itinerary (free format)
        • Consent form for the collection and use of personal information (Form 2)
        • Integrity Pledge (Form 3)
        • Business Registration Certificate
          ※ If an agency applies on behalf of the organizer, a power of attorney from the host must be attached
      • Announcement Method : Jeju Tourism Organization (JTO) website
    • ④ Submission of Final Report (Host Organization → JTO)
      • Submission period : Within 1 month after event completion
      • Required Documents
        • One official letter submitting the final report (free format)
        • Final Report (Form 3)
        • Participant List (Form 4)
        • Event documentation photos (photos with sponsor logos inserted and group photos)
        • Estimates and delivery statements
        • Proof of payment for the remaining amount not covered by support funds (e.g., transfer confirmations)
        • Business Registration Certificate and bank account copy of the vendors (bus company, restaurants, etc.)
        • Hosting Support Survey (Form 5)
  • Additional Notes
    • Support is not available for events receiving provincial funding from Jeju Special Self-Governing Province or related local institutions
    • Events aimed at generating profit (e.g., attracting investors, product sales targeting general audiences) are excluded
    • Social or recreational events, such as special lectures, sports competitions, religious events, and social gatherings, are excluded from support
    • Support ends once the program budget is fully allocated
    • If the final number of participants is lower than originally planned, the final support amount will be recalculated
    • If participant numbers are inflated or documents are falsified, support funds will be canceled and penalties will apply for future applications
